Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time) — New York, NY

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, service-led Retail Sales Associate to deliver personalized styling and exceptional customer care in our New York store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with warm, professional service.

• Offer product, size, and styling advice to create an outstanding experience.

• Maintain store presentation, restock inventory, and support visual merchandising.

• Process purchases, exchanges/returns, and in-store pickups accurately.

• Contribute to daily sales goals and overall team performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience (apparel/footwear preferred).

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Great eye for detail, styling, and presentation.

• Weekend and holiday availability.

• Legal right to work in the United States.

Pay & Benefits

• $17.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience + performance bonus.
